Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or for an exchange.

To help prevent returns, if you have any questions about product fit or want any measurements then please contact us and we will be happy to supply these for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached.

How to return an item

We ask that you please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include this in your returns parcel. If you wish to exchange your item for something else or for a different size please select the ‘exchange’ option and write down what you would like to exchange for.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
